个人简介
王小明，男，1994年8月生，中共党员，哈尔滨理工大学 材料科学与化学工程学院 高分子材料科学与工程系副主任，工学博士，硕士生导师，参与多项国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划课题、黑龙江省自然基金重点项目；发表学术论文40余篇，以第一作者/通讯作者发表SCI论文20余篇；以第一发明人申请专利6项；担任《Journal of Advanced Dielectrics》期刊青年编委。
