戴鸿滨：男，教授，硕士生导师
1971年生，1994年毕业于哈尔滨工业大学焊接工艺及设备专业
中国焊接青年委员会委员
研究方向：
高效焊接方法与质量控制
主要研究领域：
高效电弧焊技术及工艺；电弧增材制造；焊接过程智能控制；电弧钎焊技术及工艺；塑料焊接；
主要学术成果：
主持黑龙江省自然基金1项，国家焊接重点实验室基金2项，横向课题10余项，作为主要参与人完成国家自然基金2项。获黑龙江省科技进步三等奖2项，中国机械联合会科技三等奖1项，黑龙江省教学成果二等奖1项，发表文章30余篇。
